Do you want to join a human-sized company? We are offering a position of LABORATORY MANAGER F/M within the Laboratory department made up of 15 people.
Missions
General missions:
The Laboratory Manager's objective is to supervise and ensure the execution of the tests and analyzes under his responsibility. He participates in the definition and implementation of the analysis methods used in the laboratory. He manages a team of 15 people.
Operational missions:
- Interpret and use analysis results in collaboration with your assistant.
- Communicate analysis deadlines and inform of any delays that could impact the availability of products.
- Inform and/or edit factory reports in the event of results outside specifications.
- Validate Specialized Nutrition analysis certificates.
- Release the finished products to the Quality department.
- Check and validate the feasibility of specific analysis requests
- Supervise subcontracting activity with service laboratories
- Participate in organoleptic tests.

For this position, we are looking for a higher education profile (Master type specialized in agri-food), benefiting from significant experience as a Laboratory Manager.
