Do you want to join a human-sized company? We are offering a position of PRODUCTION MANAGER F/M within the Production department made up of 80 people.

‍

Missions

Manage all production workshops (manufacturing of culinary products, manufacturing of specialized nutrition and specialized nutrition packaging) with a view to quality, performance and continuous improvement.

Supervise and organize the work of the 4 workshop managers, implement an action plan allowing the achievement of production and performance objectives for each of the workshops.

Set up production dashboards, monitor and analyze a certain number of indicators, and implement corrective actions, if necessary.

Know how to unite and motivate your teams made up of supervisors and operators (around 80 people) around a project.

Evaluate and validate staff training needs, and guarantee compliance with regulations and safety in each workshop.

Participate in the implementation of the quarterly and annual production planning.

Coordinate industrial trials and launch of new products.

Plan maintenance operations in conjunction with the maintenance department.

the profile

Trained as an agri-food engineer (or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of management experience in the industry.

A leader of men, you are recognized for your abilities to manage an industrial project and are capable of leading your teams towards achieving production objectives.
You demonstrate excellent technical and analytical skills, in order to set up, monitor and manage industrial performance indicators.
Beyond that, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, diplomacy, you have a sense of responsibility and commitment.
