THE MONTAIGU DAIRY

Founded in Vendée in 1932 by Louise and Georges Sabourin, the Montaigu Dairy is a family business passed down from generation to generation. It is recognized far beyond its borders for its expertise and high-quality products.

Construction of a new factory in an industrial zone in

Creation of Montaigu butter "Charentes-Poitou AOP"

Louis Sabourin takes over the management of the company,
overseeing the automation and CE compliance of production units, and the implementation of an integrated management system and traceability tools.

Our Research and Development laboratory formulates and develops product ranges according to the most specific requirements. To cultivate our expertise, we collaborate upstream with international research centers.
QUALITY CULTURE
The Montaigu Dairy has implemented an extremely rigorous quality approach to control its manufacturing processes. This approach is based on the FSSC 22000 standard (Food Safety Management). Our teams have a strong Quality Culture.

Our organization is based on a proactive risk analysis approach with a continuous improvement dynamic. From the arrival of raw materials to shipment, our integrated laboratory analyzes and controls all finished products.
