Are you looking to join a human-sized company? We are offering a position for a MANAGEMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR (M/F) within the finance department, which consists of 8 people.
Missions
- Evaluate and verify the reliability of actual and projected cost prices, as well as margins.
- Managing improvements to management tools (BI, MES, ...)
- Ensure inventory valuation according to accounting standards
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets
- Communicating with internal teams (Supply Chain, Production, Sales, etc.) to improve processes and profitability
- Improving cost accounting
- Supervise and lead the team of two management controllers
- To be proactive in proposing solutions to the steering committee to optimize financial performance
- Report to the CFO on the progress of the various projects.
the profile
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Management Control.
You have at least 5 years of experience in management control within a dairy or agri-food processing activity, with a good understanding of industrial flows and cost structure.
You have a:
- Excellent command of Excel and good knowledge of an ERP system
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
- Ability to work in a team and to communicate with a variety of people.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulousness in data production
- Ability to lead continuous improvement projects
- Prior supervisory experience is a real advantage
